Why do I need separate cloths for different surfaces?

Using separate cloths for different surfaces is crucial for preventing cross-contamination, which is the leading cause of swirl marks and scratches. For instance, a cloth used on your wheels will pick up abrasive brake dust and heavy road grime. If that same cloth is then used on your delicate clear coat or interior, those trapped particles will scratch the surface. Furthermore, different tasks require different cloth structures—a plush, high-GSM cloth is ideal for safely buffing away waxes and sealants, while a tight-weave cloth is better suited for leaving glass streak-free. Dedicating specific cloths to specific tasks ensures both optimal performance and the protection of your vehicle's finish.

Is this pack suitable for all vehicle types?

Yes, our microfibre cloths are engineered to be universally safe and highly effective across all vehicle types. Whether you are maintaining a daily commuter, a classic car with single-stage paint, a modern luxury vehicle with soft clear coat, a 4x4, or even a motorcycle, these cloths deliver exceptional results. The premium microfibre blend is non-abrasive and safe for use on all exterior and interior surfaces, including paintwork, glass, chrome, plastics, and delicate interior trims as labelled.

Is the pack sold separately?

Not at present. The pack is sold as a complete, curated bundle designed to provide you with the essential cloths needed for the major surfaces of you vehicle. By bundling these specific cloths together, we ensure you have the right tool for each step of the process—from washing and drying to streak free glass—while offering better value than purchasing each cloth individually.

Materials & Care

What GSM and material blend are the cloths made from?

Our premium detailing cloths are constructed from an optimal 80/20 blend of polyester and polyamide. The 80% polyester provides the structural strength and scrubbing power, while the 20% polyamide ensures superior softness and high liquid absorbency. To cater to different tasks, the cloths in the pack feature varying GSM (Grams per Square Meter) ratings. The plush buffing cloths feature a high GSM (typically 600 GSM) for maximum softness and safety on interior finishes and buffing wax and sealants, while glass the cleaning cloth utilizes a lower, tighter GSM (around 400 GSM) to prevent linting and provide a crisp wipe-down.

How do I wash and maintain the cloths?

Proper maintenance is essential to preserve the softness and absorbency of your microfibre cloths. Machine wash in 30-40 degreewarm water with a mild liquid detergent that is free of dyes and perfumes as possible. Never use fabric softeners or powdered detergents, as these will coat the microfibres, clogging their structure and destroying their ability to absorb liquids and pick up polish residue. For drying, air dry them or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting possible; high heat will melt the synthetic fibres, rendering the cloths hard and useless for detailing. DO NOT iron cloths.

Will the cloths lose performance after washing?

No, our premium microfibre cloths are highly durable and designed to maintain their performance through hundreds of wash cycles—provided they are cared for correctly. Because they are made from high-quality synthetic fibres rather than cotton, they do not degrade, thin out, or lose their structural integrity quickly. As long as you wash them with a dedicated microfibre detergent (or clear, unscented liquid soap), avoid fabric softeners that clog the fibres, and dry them on low heat or air dry, they will remain as soft, absorbent, and effective as the day you bought them.

For those who need their detailing gear faster, we also offer an express shipping option at checkout, which generally delivers within 1-3 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, allowing you to monitor its journey to your door.
